14 days from purchase. Void on download — once you download any file, the refund window closes for that order. We consider a download to be taking delivery.
14 days from purchase. Void once you accept the GitHub collaborator invite— accepting the invite gives you the source, which counts as delivery. Don't accept the invite until you're sure.
Different rules apply to anything that ships in a box:
Approved refunds are submitted to Stripe immediately. They typically appear on your card statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Past the 14-day window, or once an order is “delivered” (download, invite accepted, share link sent, or confirmation page viewed), refunds are case-by-case and typically only granted for genuine defects — broken file, missing critical content, file doesn't match description. Not for “didn't end up using it.”
