Honest, no-runaround refund policy. Here's how it works.
You have 14 days from your purchase date to request a refund. Past that, refunds are at our discretion and only granted for genuine defects.
If you bought a product and haven't opened the order confirmation page, downloaded a file, or accepted a GitHub repo invite yet, we'll refund without questions. Email us with your order number — done within 24 hours.
Important:if you want a no-questions refund, request it BEFORE opening the order confirmation page or email link. The moment you view the confirmation page, the order is marked “delivered” and refunds become case-by-case. Realistic for buyers who change their mind right after checkout.
Once your order has been “delivered” — meaning you viewed the confirmation page where the link/file/repo-invite is shown, downloaded a file, or accepted a GitHub repo invite — refunds are case-by-case.

Best-effort response within 48 hours. If approved, the refund is submitted to Stripe immediately and shows up in your card statement within 5–10 business days.
