These Terms govern your use of steep (https://www.shipsteep.com), operated by Steep Ship LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or downloading our products, you agree to these Terms.
Orders and payment
By placing an order you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable taxes. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your card number.
License grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the source code and assets (the "Product") for any number of personal or commercial projects you control. You may modify and use the Product internally within your organization.
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or include the Product (in original or modified form) in any product whose primary purpose is to compete with steep.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Product to build or distribute content that is unlawful, infringes third-party rights, or violates applicable export controls.

Disclaimer of warranties
The Product is provided AS IS, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Steep Ship LLC does not warrant that the Product will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steep Ship LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or its products.
Termination
We may terminate your license without refund if you breach these Terms, including unauthorized redistribution. Termination does not waive any other remedies.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Kent County, Delaware.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to active buyers.
