This Privacy Policy describes how Steep Ship LLC (operating as steep, "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit or make a purchase from https://www.shipsteep.com.

What we collect

• Account data — name, email, billing/shipping address you provide at signup or checkout.
• Order data — products purchased, transaction amounts, fulfillment status.
• Device data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed (for security and analytics).

How we use it

• To fulfill your orders and provide customer support.
• To send transactional email (receipts, shipping notifications). We will only send marketing email if you opt in.
• To improve the store via aggregate analytics.

Sharing

We share data only with the third parties needed to operate the store:

• Stripe for payment processing.
• Resend for transactional email.
• Shippo for shipping label generation (physical products only).

We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing shipsteep@gmail.com.

You can also delete your account self-service from your account settings — that anonymizes your orders, deletes your wishlist, removes your reviews, and unsubscribes you from all email lists.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13 years of age.

Changes

If we materially change this policy, we will notify active customers by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
